Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a relational space to reflect and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the experiences that have shaped you. Together, we can explore the thoughts, feelings, patterns and relationships that may be contributing to the difficulties you are experiencing.
At times, aspects of ourselves can become difficult to access or understand. We may find ourselves repeating familiar patterns, feeling disconnected from who we are, or struggling to make sense of our experiences. Therapy can provide an opportunity to explore these parts of yourself with curiosity and without judgement.
My approach is person-centred and grounded in the belief that meaningful psychological change develops through a deeper understanding of ourselves and our experiences. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, therapy can help you develop greater self-awareness, make sense of what you have been through, and move towards a stronger and more integrated sense of who you are.
The therapeutic process is individual to each person. I aim to provide a space where you can feel heard, understood and supported as you explore the experiences that have brought you to therapy.
